Transparent Ghost Chairs

As we head towards 2010, event designers and party planners are choosing to give their functions a new, clean look with transparent polycarbonate chairs.
The themes originally used the famous Louis Ghost Chairs by Philippe Starck designed for Kartell.
The relationship between Kartell and Philippe Starck has produced another cult product. The Louis XV style chair in clear transparent and coloured polycarbonate.
Louis Ghost is a very daring example in the world of polycarbonate injection made from a single mould. The chair is available with or without arms in a range of transparent colours.
Following the success of this chair, new variants have become available, such as the contemporary ‘Phantom Chair‘ which is now being stocked by the main furniture hire companies in both the UK and US.
This chair has the benefit of being easy to stack and transport – both very important to chair hire firms.
Black Event Furniture of York were quick to secure a good stock of polycarbonate chairs ready for the forthcoming season.
